CTP Management Team

Vicki De Margheriti, CEO Bsc(Hon), MBA

Vicki is responsible for the overall management of CTP. She is the tenant’s point of contact for any concerns or recommendations to improve CTP services and its policies and procedures.

Adam Shaw, Business Development Manager

Adam is responsible for all CTP sales and marketing. He is the contact for all prospective tenants and is responsible for the tenants smooth transition into their new office. He's also responsible for the renewal of existing tenants leases.

Karin Thompson, Management Accountant

Karin is responsible for the management of CTP accounts. She is the
tenants point of contact for any queries regarding invoicing.

Alison Martin, Receptionist

Alison is responsible of coordinating communication between tenants, CTP management and reception staff, to ensure that tenants needs are met. She is also responsible for organising loose networking events for tenants.

Tim Scorgie, CTP Building Manager

Tim is responsible for managing the maintenance & security of CTP. The CTP building services team is available for contract work.

Matt Dormer, IT Manager

Matt and his team are responsible for maintaining the CTP IT infrastructure and providing IT Support to CTP staff. His team is available to provide computer, internet and phone systems support for a fee.

Richard Bernier, Cleaning Manager

Richard is responsible for the cleaning of CTP and is the tenants
contact should cleaning services be required.
