Meeting Room Facilities & Equipment Hire

Meeting Facilities

Canberra Technolgy Park has meeting and training room facilities available for hire, please see reception for details of the rooms available and their availability.

The following fees apply for all meeting rooms, training rooms and boardrooms;

Meeting Room (includes a data projector and screen)

Tenants
$35 (+GST) per hour

Non-tenants
$75 (+GST) for the first hour, $35 (+GST) per hour thereafter.

A condition of room hire is that the room is left clean and tidy.

Hall Hire

Tenants & Non-tenants
$35 (+GST) per hour

Equipment Hire

Canberra Technology Park has a data projector and screen for hire at a cost of $75 (+GST) per day, or $40 (+GST) for up to 2 hours.

Equipment hire should be arranged by contacting at the time the room booking is made (the equipment is only available for use within the rooms)
