From Monday March 8 2004, Canberra Technology Park (CTP) will be
managed by a new team.
This new management team will continue its commitment to:
- The creation and maintenance of a safe working environment for
all tenants and their clients
- Providing quality service through maintenance of CTP and efficient
operation of relevant high-class business services
- Encouraging quality communication and networking opportunities
for CTP tenants to increase the exposure of tenants within the
local community
CTP is a dedicated business park aimed at information technology
and related businesses. We seek to attract tenants involved in multimedia,
film, TV and sound production, computer animation, telecommunications,
software development, hardware manufacture, integration and systems
management, e-business, web development and the internet.
CTP Management Team
Rachel Ozerskis, Marketing and Sales Manager
Rachel is responsible for all CTP sales and marketing. She is the
first point of contact for all tenant requirements and is dedicated
to ensuring that tenant’s needs are met. She is responsible
for maintaining good communication between CTP tenants and the CTP
management team, organising loose networking events for CTP tenants
as well as the day-to-day operational management of CTP.
Tim Scorgie, CTP Building Manager
Tim is responsible for all aspects the maintenance of the CTP building,
car park and gardens. He is also able to undertake work for hire
through CTP building Services.
Stephen Harris, Financial Controller
Steve is responsible for the quality financial management of AIE
Ltd and its CTP business division. He is the tenant’s point
of contact for queries relating to bills, payments, costs of outgoings,
rental increases, service fees and lease issues.
Vicki De Margheriti, CEO
Vicki is responsible for the overall management of AIE Ltd and its
CTP business division. She is the tenant’s point of contact
for any concerns or recommendations to improve CTP services and
its policies and procedures.
Currently, Canberra Technology Park is home to a diverse range
of tenants including:
- Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) – Australia’s
leading game education and training organisation
- ACT Film makers Network – providing support to independent
film makers
- Megalo Access Arts - an open access printmaking organisation
- Micro Forte – a national game developer
- Tarakan Consulting – an IT recruitment services provider
The Park is currently seeking more tenants to create the ultimate
