A facilities room with a fax and photocopier is available at each site for tenants use. Tenants require a code (obtained from the receptionist on site) to use these facilities and are charged for usage, as per the current Administration Services Price List.
When reception staff is asked to undertake administration services on behalf of a tenant, the tenant will be charged at $30 +GST per hour (in 5 minute intervals) for the receptionists time plus and any additional materials cost (as per the Administration Service Price List)
